|Description:||The Human Resource Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out several tasks related to administration, administering payroll, and functions such as onboarding, and maintaining employee records. The HR Coordinator reports to the Administrator.|
|Duties:||•Confidentially maintain employee files and records |
•Process payroll-Maintain accurate Record Keeping
•Oversee Benefits program at the facility level
•Manage Worker’s Compensation
•Handle Unemployment Benefit Claims
•Daily and Quarterly reports for Administrator from payroll records
•Participates in Department meetings
•Full cycle recruitment, including phone screens, job postings, backgrounds, drugs screens and process through to Orientation.
|Qualifications:||•Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent years of experience in an HR/Payroll and AP/ Accounts Payable role. |
•ADP processing experience
•Strong oral and written communications skills required.
•Must have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and other computer skills, Must have general business knowledge and general understanding of employment law.
•Must be organized and have good time management skills.
•Human relations and teamwork; able to work in a multiple team environment and adapt well to changes in workload.
•Must be self-motivated and able to work with varying degrees of supervision.
•Listening, abide by management directives and departmental protocols.
