|Description:||A Little Rock, AR area skilled nursing and subacute center is recruiting for the position of Nursing Home Administrator.

•Provide overall leadership and management of the Skilled Nursing facility
•Lead all day to day operations of the Skilled Nursing facility in accordance with federal, state and local standards and nursing home policies
•Promote the highest degree of quality care for the residents
|Qualifications:||•Minimum of 5 years as a Healthcare Administrator
•Current Nursing Home Administrator License
•Prior experience in staff development (i.e.: hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline and delegation)
•Ability to handle multiple priorities
•A proven track record in census and revenue growth, as well as experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses
•Competent in organizational and time management skills
•Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new applications
•Ability to work in a fast past environment.
